Make the experience extra memorable by surprising your date by assigning them the character of the Janitor, and watch them play out an integral part of the immersive storyline. Whilst it may appear this individual draws the short straw, it may just be they have the key to help all the inmates escape once and for all.

FAQs
For your processing and conviction, we suggest that you and your date wear light clothing, as you will be required to wear a prison-issue Alcotraz orange jumpsuit (provided) for the duration of your sentence. Whilst dresses and skirts aren’t recommended, they can be tucked in if needed.
Your immersive date night sentence will last 1 hour 45 minutes, and inmates will be provided with their own prison-issued orange jumpsuit for the duration of their time behind bars.
Our prison-issue Alcotraz jumpsuits cater to all inmates, with sizes ranging from XS to 4XL. The rules are loose when it comes to jumpsuits, so feel free to wear it as you wish, such as tying the arms around your waist.
Inmates are on a mission to smuggle in their own liquor - per inmate, no matter how big or small the bottle - however, cocktail mixers are provided on-site. If you’re looking for a sober date night, feel free to sneak in some alcohol-free drinks or skip the smuggling instead.
The long-standing inmates you’ll come across behind bars are secretly highly skilled mixologists, and they work best with smuggled spirits. However, if you or your date prefer wine or beer, this can sneak your way too… If you can get it past the Warden.
Food is not provided during your date night Manchester stint at Alcotraz, unless exclusively hiring out the venue for parties of 30+ - but who really wants prison slop anyway?
Oh, it’s even better! Our cell block has a secret bar with expert cocktail makers, ready to serve you and your date and cater exactly to your tastes. And don’t worry if you’re not big on the booze - we have delicious mocktail recipes for your smuggled in alcohol-free drinks (if you want to bring anything at all).
